Portal Runner

Portal Runner reads your source documents, such as invoices, certificates and company records, and fills in web forms on supplier portals, procurement sites and government services. It works in a visible browser you can watch, pauses for logins and two-factor codes, and asks before submitting anything.

Finance operations, procurement teams and accounting firms that submit the same information to dozens of portals each month are the intended users. Every run produces a recording and a log of which document each field came from. Portals that change layout often or use unusual widgets cause occasional failures, which are reported with a screenshot rather than retried blindly.
