About this game
You are a field researcher on an island where the birds speak a real, consistent language. Nobody gives you a dictionary. Instead, you watch what birds do when they sing certain phrases, write your guesses in a notebook and test them by whistling back. Get a word right and the flock reacts; get it wrong and they ignore you, or worse.
The island is painted in soft greens and chalky whites, and the birdsong was composed note by note. Working out the full grammar takes about 11 hours. It is a dream for anyone who enjoys deduction games and keeping notes. The caveat: it leans heavily on audio, and while there is a visual mode for deaf and hard-of-hearing players, it makes a few puzzles much easier.
