Otterwell Hot Springs

You inherit a run-down onsen on a mountainside and slowly turn it into the favorite retreat of the local wildlife. Dig pools, route warm water through bamboo pipes, and set the temperature just right for each guest: otters like it hot, frogs very much do not. Happy guests leave gifts you can use to expand the springs.

It is drawn in muted jade and steam-white, with tiny animations of animals dozing in the water. In early access there are three seasons and about 10 hours of content, with winter coming next. Management-sim fans who want a softer pace will enjoy it. The caveat: menus are still placeholder in places, and saves from older builds sometimes break after updates.
