Associate Product Manager

Fernway matches people learning a language with native speakers who want to learn theirs. Half the conversation is in Spanish, half in English, and both people improve. We have 2.3 million learners and 40 languages.

This is an early-career role for someone who has shipped something, whether in a startup, a student project or an open-source tool. In your first 90 days you'll own conversation prompts, the cards that suggest what to talk about, run your first A/B tests, and write a spec that ships. You'll be paired with a senior PM and meet the CPO once a month.

The team works across the Americas and Europe, overlapping from 14:00 to 17:00 UTC. We write specs before building, demo on Fridays, and practise the languages we build for.
