Shuntyard

A visual workflow builder where model steps sit next to ordinary logic

About this tool

Shuntyard lets you build automations on a canvas: triggers from forms, email or webhooks, ordinary steps like filters and lookups, and model steps for classifying, extracting or drafting. Each model step has test inputs attached, so you can see how a prompt change affects real examples before publishing the workflow.

Operations teams and solo builders who have outgrown simple two-step automations use it for lead routing, invoice extraction and support tagging. Runs are logged with inputs and outputs for every step. It connects to around 300 apps, fewer than the largest automation platforms, and very high-volume workflows above a few hundred thousand runs a month get expensive.
