Larkspur
SvelteKit plus PocketBase: a whole SaaS in one binary and one Node process
About this starter
Larkspur pairs a SvelteKit front end with PocketBase as the backend, so auth, database, file storage and an admin UI come from a single Go binary. The kit adds email and OAuth sign-in, user avatars, a Stripe Checkout flow with a PocketBase hook that records subscriptions, and a simple account page. Deploying means one small VM and a systemd file.
It is opinionated about running cheap: the author hosts three paid products on one $6 server using this setup. The PocketBase admin doubles as your internal back office. The limitation is scale and structure. PocketBase uses SQLite and has no built-in teams or organizations, and complex permission rules get awkward in its filter syntax.
