Senior Product Designer, Onboarding

Wrenfield runs staff scheduling, time-off and payroll prep for 1,800 independent clinics: physiotherapists, dentists, small vet practices. Most of our customers have no HR person; the practice manager does it between patients.

Today it takes a new clinic 11 days on average to go from signup to a published rota. Your job is to cut that in half. In the first 90 days you'll interview a dozen practice managers, map where people stall, and ship a redesigned setup flow with the onboarding squad of one PM and three engineers. You'll design in Figma, test in Maze and check your work in our Storybook.

Design critique is written in Figma comments first, then discussed in a 30-minute weekly call. The team is spread across the Americas, with a shared window from 11:00 to 14:00 Eastern.
