Pennant Flags

Pennant Flags gives you 260 flags for countries, territories and a few international organizations, each drawn in four shapes: rectangle, square, circle and rounded tile. Colors are checked against official specifications, and every file is optimized SVG under 2 KB. The Figma version uses component variants, so switching a flag from circle to square is one click.

It's handy for language pickers, shipping forms, currency selectors and event sites. The set is CC0, so no credit or permission is needed for any use. The caveat: flags are drawn flat with simplified emblems, so complex coats of arms lose detail at small sizes, which is fine for a picker but not for print.
