About this tool
Minutehand joins your video calls, transcribes them and writes short notes, but its real job is the decision log. Every decision and commitment is stored with who made it and when, and the next time the topic comes up it surfaces the earlier decision so nobody relitigates it from memory.
Project leads and chiefs of staff who run many recurring meetings get the most value. It asks every participant for permission before recording and announces itself in the call. Notes are only as good as the audio, and it sometimes attributes a decision to whoever summarized it rather than whoever made it; your corrections improve speaker attribution over time.
