Operations Intern, Supply

Pantry Loop helps 450 European food banks manage donations and distribution. Our operations team onboards new food banks, connects them with supermarket donors and makes sure the data in our system matches what's on the shelves.

As our supply intern, you'll spend six months working on donor partnerships. In the first weeks you'll learn how food banks schedule pickups, then take over the donor directory, run calls with supermarket store managers alongside a team member, and help build a playbook for onboarding new donors in Spain and Italy. Spreadsheets, Airtable and plain writing are your main tools.

You'll work 32 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, within European time zones. You'll have a named mentor, a weekly 1:1 and a written internship plan agreed in your first week.
