About this resource

Firstrun Archive is a searchable library of onboarding flows: 1,900 screens from 340 web and mobile apps, captured in sequence so you see the whole first-run experience, not one pretty screen. Each screen is tagged by pattern (permission prompt, checklist, empty state, paywall, sign-up form) and the flows include notes on how many steps they take.

It's made for product designers and growth teams planning or redesigning a first-time experience. A subscription is $12 a month and includes Figma export of any flow. The caveat: screens are captured from English-language versions only, and some flows from smaller apps are a year old, though each shows its capture date.

Highlights

  • 01Full flows in order, not single screenshots
  • 02Tagged by pattern and step count
  • 03Export any flow to Figma for annotation
