Slipway

Slipway is a chat product starter on SvelteKit. It supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral and local models through Ollama behind one interface, with streaming responses, conversation history, folders, shared links, file attachments and a system-prompt library. Auth is email and Google, and Lemon Squeezy handles subscriptions with a free tier capped by message count.

It is opinionated about letting users pick the model per conversation and seeing the cost of each message. The interface is fast and keyboard-friendly. The limitation: conversation search is basic text matching, and there is no retrieval over uploaded files, so attachments are sent whole to the model and large files hit context limits.
