Snowed-In Bakery

Seven snowy days, one bakery and a village that still needs bread

About this game

A blizzard cuts the village off for a week, and your bakery is the only one with flour. Each day you knead, proof and bake with what is left, deciding who gets the last loaf and whether to risk the cinnamon on buns for the schoolchildren. Supplies dwindle, neighbors trade what they can, and the snow keeps falling.

The look is soft blue-white snow and orange oven-light, with flour that clings to every surface. It is designed to be played over seven real evenings, about an hour each. Ideal for winter nights and anyone who likes gentle resource choices. The caveat: kneading uses a rhythm minigame that cannot be turned off, which may tire some players.
