About this starter
Gantry splits a SaaS into packages from the start: a Next.js web app, a separate marketing site, a Hono API that can run on Node or Cloudflare Workers, and shared packages for the database, emails and UI. Auth is Better Auth with passkeys and organizations, and billing sits behind an adapter with Stripe and Lemon Squeezy implementations. A small admin app lists users, plans and failed payments.
The kit is opinionated about typed boundaries: every API route has a Zod schema, and the client is generated from it. That pays off once a mobile app or public API appears. The limitation is the overhead. For a solo MVP, five packages, two build pipelines and a shared tsconfig chain are a lot to keep in your head.
Highlights
