Motion Designer

Clipjar lets teachers make two-minute explainer videos from slides and voice notes. Around 60,000 teachers use it to record lessons for students who were absent or need to hear it twice.

You'll design the animations inside the editor and the templates teachers drop into their videos. In your first 90 days you'll build a library of 20 animated title and transition templates in Rive, design the micro-interactions for the new timeline, and produce our back-to-school product video. You'll work with two product designers and the frontend team.

The company is based across the UK, Ireland, Poland and Greece. We meet for one hour on Monday, share work-in-progress in a Loom thread, and avoid calls on Friday entirely.
