Hexbound Courier

Deliver letters across a city that rearranges its streets every night

About this game

Each run is one night of deliveries in a hex-grid city whose districts slide around after dark. Your route is built from a hand of street cards: a bridge, an alley, a rooftop shortcut. Play them to connect your satchel of letters to their doors before the bell tower strikes six, and pick up new cards from grateful (and occasionally ungrateful) residents.

The palette is warm amber streetlight against deep navy, and the residents are drawn as tiny, expressive silhouettes in windows. Runs last 25 to 40 minutes, which makes it a good lunch-break game. Deckbuilder fans will enjoy how routing becomes the whole puzzle. The caveat: the text on cards is small on a handheld screen, and there is no option to scale it yet.
