Static Hymn

A low-poly church horror where the choir keeps singing after closing

About this game

You are the caretaker of a small church, locking up after evening service. Except the choir is still singing, somewhere in the building. You explore with a lantern and a ring of keys, unlocking rooms, reading parish records and avoiding whatever is following the hymns. Light is your only defense, and oil runs out.

The look is low-poly with wobbly textures and dithered red light, in the style of late-90s console horror. It lasts about 2 hours and has a secret ending. Ideal for fans of retro horror and short, intense games. The caveat: the controls are deliberately stiff, and the camera can make tight corridors frustrating.
