Bramblecare schedules 2 million home-care visits a month for 600 agencies. Caregivers use our app to see their route and log care notes, and coordinators use the web app to fill a shift when someone calls in sick at 6 a.m.

You'll lead a team of four product managers and two designers, and report to the CEO. In your first 90 days you'll take over the roadmap, decide what to do about the coordinator dashboard everyone agrees is overloaded, and put a planning process in place that survives our growth from 80 to 150 people.

We're remote across US time zones with a core window from 12:00 to 16:00 Eastern. Leadership writes a weekly memo instead of holding status meetings, and the product org meets in person once a quarter.
