Brieflight

Turns rough call notes into a client-ready memo with decisions, owners and dates

About this tool

Paste messy notes or a transcript from a client call and Brieflight returns a structured memo: what was decided, open questions, who owns each next step and by when. It keeps your shorthand for names and projects, and it marks anything it inferred rather than read, so you can check those lines before sending.

Consultants, agency account leads and lawyers who write the same follow-up email ten times a week get the most from it. Templates let you match a firm's memo format. The limitation is input quality: if nobody said a date out loud, Brieflight leaves the field blank rather than guessing, which is correct but means some memos still need a pass.

Highlights

  • 01Separates decisions, open questions and action items
  • 02Marks inferred lines so you can verify them first
