Compliance Manager, Payments

Larchmont Pay moves money to sellers on 4,000 marketplaces, which makes us responsible for knowing who those sellers are. Our compliance team of three handles identity checks, sanctions screening and the occasional uncomfortable conversation with a bank partner.

You'll own our anti-money-laundering program. In your first 90 days you'll review our transaction monitoring rules (too many false alerts, not enough real ones), prepare for our annual independent audit, and write the compliance requirements for our launch in Canada. You'll work closely with the risk engineering team and our two bank partners.

The team spans Vancouver to São Paulo. Policies and decisions are written and versioned, alerts are reviewed in a shared queue with clear service levels, and Wednesdays are meeting-free across the company.
