People Operations Manager

Quillmark is a 60-person company employing people in nine European countries, through our own entities in three and an employer of record in the rest. We're growing to about 90 next year and want people operations that scale without becoming bureaucratic.

You'll own the full employee lifecycle. In your first 90 days you'll rebuild onboarding so a new hire has a laptop, accounts and a buddy on day one, publish our salary bands internally (they already exist, just not in one place), and run our first engagement survey. You'll work with Personio, Deel and a lot of written policy.

Everyone works in European time zones, with a shared core from 10:00 to 14:00 CET. You'll report to the COO, and policies are drafted in public docs that anyone in the company can comment on before they're final.
