Bullets to draft
Three bullet points become a structured 1,500-word post.
Draftwell learns your brand voice from the writing you already have, then drafts blog posts, emails and product copy you only need to edit — with tone rewrites and SEO checks built into the editor.

Why it works
Write, rewrite and check without copying text between four tabs.
Rewrite
Highlight a line that came out stiff and try it friendly, formal or confident side by side. Draftwell keeps your facts and product names intact and only changes how the sentence lands.
Brand voice
After you add samples, Draftwell shows what it learned: how warm, direct or playful you are, your average sentence length, the words you love and the ones you never use. Move a slider and every new draft follows.
SEO
Set a target keyword and watch the score move as you write. The checklist names exactly what's missing — keyword in an H2, a meta description under 155 characters, two internal links. It never asks you to stuff keywords.
Features
Write, rewrite and check without copying text between four tabs.
Upload 5 to 50 samples: posts, newsletters, sales pages. Draftwell builds a voice profile with traits, banned words and sentence length you can tweak.
Give it a working title and three bullet points. Get a structured 1,500-word draft with headings, examples and a call to action.
Select any sentence and switch it to friendly, formal, confident or shorter. The meaning stays; the throat-clearing goes.
Target keyword, headings, internal links, meta description and readability are scored live. No separate tool, no copy-paste.
Catches typos, passive voice and your team's pet phrases. House rules like "sign up" versus "signup" are enforced on every draft.
Draft in English, then adapt for German, Spanish or Japanese readers with the same voice profile — not a word-for-word translation.

Testimonials
Sample reviews written for this template. Replace them with your own.
“I fed it 40 newsletter issues. The first draft used my sign-off and my habit of opening with a question. Slightly unnerving.”
“Our product pages went from "copy pending" to live in a week. The SEO checklist caught three missing meta descriptions.”
“Four freelancers, one voice profile. Readers can't tell who wrote which post anymore, which is the whole point.”
“The tone rewrite saves my follow-up emails. I write it annoyed, click Friendly, and send something I won't regret.”
“It flagged "utilize" every single time. Turns out I'd used it 31 times in one quarter. I've stopped.”
“Our pricing guide reached page one for its main keyword two months after we reworked it with the SEO checklist.”

Five pieces of at least 300 words each give you a usable profile. Around 30 pieces, mixing blog posts, emails and landing pages, usually pushes the voice-match score above 90%. Add or remove samples anytime; the profile updates within a minute.
No. Your samples and drafts are used only to build your private voice profile and generate your drafts. They never train shared models, and our model providers are contractually barred from training on them. Delete a workspace and everything is gone within 30 days, backups included.
Every draft is generated fresh from your brief, and long-form drafts run through a plagiarism check against the public web before you see them. Any matching passage longer than 12 words is highlighted so you can rewrite or cite it.
Anything over 500 words: blog posts, guides, case studies, long newsletters. Emails, product descriptions, ad variants and rewrites are unlimited on every plan and never count toward the monthly limit.
You set a target keyword and Draftwell checks about 20 on-page factors: keyword in the title and H2s, meta description length, internal and external links, image alt text, readability and heading structure. It can't promise rankings; it makes sure the basics are never the reason you don't rank.
Every plan exports drafts as Markdown, HTML or .docx, and copying into most editors keeps formatting intact. Pro and Team can push drafts to any CMS via webhook, including title, slug, meta description and image alt text.
Yes, from the billing page at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid month and can export every draft first.
Add five samples, write one brief, and read a draft in your own voice in under ten minutes.
