Orchard Feud

A two-player card game about rival orchards and very petty neighbors

About this game

Two families, one valley, endless squabbles. Each turn you plant fruit cards, play weather and sabotage cards on your rival, or trade at the market for points. The rules fit on one card, but timing your frost cards to ruin your neighbor's apricots is surprisingly deep. It plays well against the AI, but it shines against a friend.

The illustrations are bright and chunky, lime green and plum purple, like a vintage seed packet. A match lasts 15 minutes, so it is easy to play three in a row. Great for board game fans and couples. The caveat: there is only one AI difficulty, and experienced players will beat it within a few hours.
