About this game
Spur Line hands you a valley, a station, a few towns and a budget. Lay track, place signals and schedule trains to haul ore and grain to market. Every curve and bridge costs money, and the terrain fights you: steep grades slow trains, rivers need bridges. Contracts pay well, but each one is a small puzzle in disguise.
The map is drawn like a surveyor's chart in rust and cream, with tiny steam trains puffing along. There are 24 scenarios over about 14 hours and a sandbox mode. Perfect for transport-sim fans who want a smaller, more focused game. The caveat: signal logic is poorly explained, and you will likely need the community guide.
