Process
How we work together
- 01
Brief and feasibility
We visit the site, listen to how you want to use it, and test options against budget and planning before anything is drawn in detail.
- 02
Concept and planning
One chosen scheme, developed with models and samples, then submitted for planning with the documents officers expect to see.
- 03
Technical design
Detailed drawings and specifications that a contractor can price accurately, followed by a competitive tender we run for you.
- 04
Construction
Fortnightly site inspections, contract administration and a snagging list closed before handover. We return after a year to check the meters.
What clients say
“They told us honestly that our first idea would not get planning, and then showed us a better one. The extension cost what they said it would, which still surprises our friends.”
Dev RamanHomeowner, rear extension“As a public client we need fixed fees and paperwork that survives an audit. We got both, plus a building the town is proud of.”
