Support Team Lead

Haybale does the books and payroll for 2,600 family farms. Plenty of our customers prefer to phone us, and many call from a tractor cab. Payroll questions can't wait, because crews need paying on Friday.

You'll lead a team of six support specialists across North America. In your first 90 days you'll take over scheduling and quality reviews, cut our phone wait time during payroll weeks from 11 minutes to under 4, and build a proper onboarding for the two people we're hiring in the new year. You'll also take a share of the queue yourself.

Support runs from 07:00 to 19:00 Central. Most coordination is written in Front and Notion, with a 20-minute team huddle each morning and a weekly 1:1 with every person on your team.
