Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Shelfwise runs online storefronts for independent bookstores, and we're hiring eight engineers in the next six months. We need an experienced recruiter to run those searches with us, not a list of CVs over the fence.

You'll own the full process for each role: writing the job post (salary range included), sourcing, first calls and keeping candidates informed at every stage. In the first 90 days you'll fill at least three of the eight roles, tidy up our Ashby setup and help us write structured interview guides that hiring managers will follow.

It's a 30-hour-a-week contract paid hourly, with no placement fees. You'll overlap with the team from 14:00 to 17:00 UTC, and our promise to candidates, a reply within three working days at every stage, becomes your promise too.
