Quaystone
Next.js App Router starter with orgs, roles, Stripe and an admin that's actually done
About this starter
Quaystone covers the full B2C-to-B2B path on Next.js 15: email and OAuth sign-in through Auth.js, organizations with owner, admin and member roles, Stripe subscriptions with seat counts, a customer portal and a working admin panel for impersonating users and refunding charges. Transactional emails are written in React Email, and the app ships with English, German and Spanish strings wired through next-intl.
It is opinionated about Postgres with Drizzle and about server actions over API routes, so most mutations live next to the forms that call them. The docs walk through every webhook the kit handles. The honest limitation: it assumes Vercel. Running it on a plain VPS works, but image optimization and cron jobs need manual replacements the docs only sketch.
