Implementation Specialist

Civic Forms moves city permit applications online. When a new city signs up, someone has to turn their paper forms, fee tables and approval steps into working online forms. That's this job.

You'll run five to seven city implementations at a time. In your first 90 days you'll shadow two launches, then lead your own from kickoff to go-live, building forms in our builder, training permit clerks and writing the resident-facing help pages. Expect to read municipal codes and ask a lot of "what happens if the applicant is a business?" questions.

You'll work US hours and travel up to four times a year for on-site training days. Project plans are written and shared with the city, weekly check-ins run 30 minutes, and you'll have a dedicated engineer for each launch.
