Corkboard replaces the clipboard by the kitchen door. Restaurant crews use it to see shifts, opening and closing checklists, and the specials, and managers use it to swap shifts without a 40-message group chat. About 9,000 restaurants use it.

Half of the managers who sign up never invite their crew, and those accounts don't survive. In your first 90 days you'll map why, run at least four experiments on the invite flow, and set up the activation metrics we report on each month. You'll lead a squad of three engineers and a designer, and work closely with our support team.

We overlap 12:00 to 16:00 Eastern. Experiments are written up in a shared log, weekly reviews are short and data-first, and you're expected to spend a shift in a restaurant during your first month.
