Weekend Support Agent (Part-time)

Northpaw connects worried pet owners with a vet over video, and weekends are our busiest days. When a call drops or a card is declined while a dog is limping, someone needs to sort it out fast and kindly.

You'll work 16 hours each weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 Eastern or Pacific time. In your first 90 days you'll complete a paid training week, handle 30 to 50 chats a shift in Intercom, and help us rewrite our replies for the ten most common weekend issues. Medical questions always go to a vet; your job is everything around the call.

A weekend lead is online on every shift, and you'll get a written handoff from the Friday team. There's a monthly 30-minute call with the support manager, scheduled on a weekday that suits you.
