Four ways to work with us
Every engagement starts with a paid discovery or audit, so you get a written plan and a fixed price before committing to a build.
E-commerce builds
Headless or themed storefronts on Shopify or a custom stack, built for mobile buyers and measured on conversion, not on how the homepage looks in a pitch deck.
- Storefront and CMS content model
- Checkout and cart optimisation
- Redirect and SEO migration
- Performance budget in CI
From $38,000
Web apps and booking
Customer-facing web apps with real business rules: booking, quoting, accounts and payments. Typed end to end and tested where mistakes cost money.
- Product scoping and prototypes
- Full-stack build on Postgres
- Integrations with your existing systems
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
From $45,000
Internal tools
Dashboards and back-office tools that replace spreadsheets and copy-paste. Designed for people who use them all day, with keyboard shortcuts and sensible permissions.
- Process mapping with your team
- Data model and migration
- Role-based access
- Training and handover docs
From $28,000
Performance rescues
A fixed-length engagement to find why your site or app is slow, fix the worst causes alongside your team and leave guardrails so it stays fixed.
- Tracing and real-user monitoring
- Prioritised findings report
- Fixes paired with your developers
From $18,000
Process
How we work together
- 01
Discovery
Two to three paid weeks of interviews, audits and measurement. You get a written plan, a fixed price and the numbers we will be judged on.
- 02
Build in slices
We ship working software from week two, behind flags where needed. Every Friday you get a demo and a short written update.
- 03
Launch and measure
We launch in stages with monitoring in place, then compare against the baseline from discovery at 30 and 90 days.
- 04
Handover
A dedicated week of docs, runbooks and pairing with your team. Optional support retainer afterwards, never required.
What clients say
“They asked for our analytics before they asked about colours. Every decision in the rebuild was tied to a number, and the numbers moved.”
Nadia OseiHead of E-commerce, Hearthline Goods“The handover week was the best part. Our two developers now own the system, and the runbook has already saved one Saturday.”
Tom FeldmanCTO, Pinecrest Supply
Tell us what is slow, broken or still in a spreadsheet
Send a short brief. Within two working days you get a reply from an engineer, not a sales rep, with first questions and a rough range.
