Grantsmith

Drafts grant applications section by section against the funder's own scoring criteria

About this tool

Upload a funder's call for proposals and Grantsmith extracts the scoring rubric, word limits and required attachments into a checklist. You then draft each section with your organization's past applications, impact reports and budgets as source material. A side panel scores every section against the rubric and points out criteria you have not addressed yet.

It is built for small nonprofits, research groups and arts organizations without a full-time grant writer. Reviewers still read for voice and specifics, and Grantsmith cannot invent outcomes you have not measured; it tells you which claims need a number. It works best for US and EU foundation grants; large federal applications with rigid forms are only partly supported.
