Replyhand

Drafts email replies on your phone in the tone you use with each contact

About this tool

Replyhand sits in your mobile inbox and drafts replies you can send, edit or discard with a swipe. It learns tone per contact from your sent folder, so a reply to your accountant reads differently from one to a longtime client. Each draft shows the earlier messages it used, which makes it easy to catch when it pulled the wrong thread.

It is meant for founders and managers who answer most email between meetings. Calendar-aware drafts suggest real open slots instead of "next week sometime". It only supports Gmail and Microsoft 365 accounts, and the desktop experience is a basic web view; most of the care went into the iOS and Android apps.
