Privacy policy

Last updated . Written in plain language; questions go to support@sitemoment.com.

We collect as little as we can to run the tools and the template store. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

What we collect

  • Nothing, if you just browse. Radar, Domains and the template pages work without an account.
  • Your Google account basics, when you sign in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google's account ID for you. We never get your Google password.
  • Orders: what you bought, the price, the currency, the status and Stripe's references for the payment.
  • Licenses and downloads: which templates you own, and when each download happened with the IP address it came from, to enforce download limits and stop abuse.
  • Technical logs: like any website, our servers and Cloudflare log requests (IP address, page, time) for security and troubleshooting.

Payments

Stripe processes every payment. You enter your card on Stripe's checkout page; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data you give them.

Cookies

  • sm_session: keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days. Set only when you sign in.
  • sm_oauth: a short-lived cookie (10 minutes) that protects the Google sign-in step.

Both are strictly necessary and can't be read by JavaScript. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set its own security cookies.

Who processes data for us

  • Google, for sign-in.
  • Stripe, for payments and receipts.
  • Cloudflare, for delivering the site and storing the template files.
  • Our hosting provider, which runs the API and the database.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after you delete your account. Logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account by writing tosupport@sitemoment.com from the email address you signed in with. Signing out removes the session cookie. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including complaining to your data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
