These terms apply when you use sitemoment.com (“SiteMoment”, “we”), including the free tools (Radar, Domains) and the template store. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The free tools
Radar and Domains show keyword trends, scores and domain availability estimates built from public data. They are information, not advice, and can be wrong or out of date. Domain availability is a best guess: always check with a registrar before you rely on it. Don't overload the service with automated requests.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. We don't store passwords.
- Your account is for you. Keep access to your Google account secure; purchases are tied to it.
- We may suspend an account that abuses the service, shares downloads, or breaks these terms or the template license.
Buying templates
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. The amount on the Stripe checkout page is what you are charged.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- What you may do with a template is set out in the template license. You get a license, not the copyright.
- Downloads are for your own use under that license. A fair-use limit on the number of downloads per day applies.
All-Access membership
- Yearly renews automatically each year until you cancel. To cancel, write to support@sitemoment.com; it then ends at the close of the year you paid for.
- Templates you downloaded while your membership was active stay licensed to you after it ends.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for as long as SiteMoment sells templates.
Refunds

No warranty, limited liability
The site, the tools and the templates are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't take away licenses you already bought.
